Godesto is a new website sourcing hotel and apartments at discounted rates.
WHAT DOES "BETA RELEASE" MEAN?
The godesto site is still under development, however the rates are valid and bookable . During this development phase we are releasing the website with heavily discounted rates. All that we ask in return is feedback on issues and feature requests. This can be done via the 'support' button.
WHAT WEBSITE IMPROVEMENTS CAN I EXPECT?
A number of features are coming your way including: improved hotel details and photos, improved speed of response, integration with metasearch engines, integration of hotel reviews and ratings, integration of further suppliers and improved web layout & mobile layout.
WHERE DOES GODESTO GET THEIR GREAT RATES FROM?
godesto has the ability to search over 40 global sources to find the best rates. By comparing them godesto is able to provide the best available rate for any given date.
WHY DO SEARCH RESULTS TAKE A LONG TIME?
Our website contacts over 40 sources to ensure we offer the best rates. The rates are then compared and presented to the customer. This process can sometimes take approximately 20 seconds. Future improvements will speed up this process.
CAN I TRUST GODESTO?
All offers are provided by reputable 3rd party sources. Upon confirmation, the customer will receive an email with their voucher which must to be presented during check-in.
HOW DO I CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION?
All reservations are guaranteed by Credit Card, although the amount payable is dependant upon on the cancellation period. In all cases you will be asked to provide your credit card details which will be submitted and stored with the secure payment gateway. When submitting a card for the first time the card a very small amount will be charged to validate and authorise the card.
If the accommodation is free to cancel, no further payment is required until the free cancellation date is reached, following which full prepayment is required via our secure payment gateway with any major credit card.
ARE PAYMENTS SECURE?
godesto uses a secure third party payment gateway which stores credit card and sensitive data secure compliant with the highest PCI requirements.
WHY DO I PAY A SMALL AMOUNT WHEN BOOKING?
Credit card details are required to confirm reservations. When submitting a card for the first time the card a very small amount will be charged by the secure payment gateway to validate and authorise the card. This is only conducted once per card.
WHY ENTER MY COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE?
Bookings will be based on the lead passenger's Country of Residence. If travelling with guests from different Countries of Residence, separate bookings will be required. Godesto is able to source discounted rates based on the Country of Residence and Hotels can charge a supplement if the Country of Residence is not valid

CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
Upon confirmation, you will receive an email with a 'cancellation link'. Please remember to check the cancellation policy first as fees may apply or the booking may be non-refundable.
CAN I BOOK A FLIGHT OR HOLIDAY PACKAGE THROUGH GODESTO?
godesto currently only offers accommodation. You can build a package holiday at our sister site
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL A NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING?
In most cases non-refundable bookings are not subject to change.
CAN I ARRANGE A SHUTTLE SERVICE TO THE PROPERTY?
godesto will add a transfer option within the imminent website updates
CAN I CHECK IN EARLIER THAN THE STATED CHECK-IN TIME?
Usually early check-in is possible if there is a vacant room available at the property upon your arrival. This will depend upon individual property and godesto cannot guarantee that an early check-in will be possible.
Please note that some properties charge an additional fee for an early check-in.Should you fail to check in early, most properties will invite you to use their luggage room free of charge before your check-in time.
WHAT DOES THE ROOM RATE INCLUDE?
The room rate includes all services and amenities stated in the room description and marked as included in the room rate. Some amenities and services might be available for an additional fee which is usually mentioned in the room description.
WHAT IS THE CURRENCY AND THE EXCHANGE RATE FOR MY BOOKING PAYMENT?
A: You will be charged in US dollars and we will use live exchange rates to calculate your chosen payment currency.
