It was our worst experience ! We booked online for a slot of 13:30 and we found tickets sold to someone else.Egyptian manager discriminative behavior made us feel bad. The concept is wonderful but operational aspects are zero from customer satisfaction view point. There is no control over the bad behavior of Egyptian manager who is supreme over there. I would never recommend till they improve the operations.
