Rated I have just had the worst experience ever ! I order my food at 8:30 , I get a phone call at 9:30 saying the food will be another 40-1 hr because its a busy Thurs night and only have 1 driver . I ask why I didn't get a call sooner and the guy on the phone hangs up on me . I call back immediately and ask the guy why he hung up on me and that I wish to speak to a manager who isn't any better. He process to tell me it will take another 1/2hr to get me my order while having another conversation with someone else while ignoring my questions of how are you going to fix this issue , tells me to call Zomato than hangs up on me . Serious both the employee and manager hung up on me .. I will never order from this Wendy's again . I will probably not get this order until 10:30 ,maybe 11 at this point .. if at all . I'm 7 months pregnant, tired and hunger .. and this was complete BS . I love Wendy's but I can not believe how rude the staff are .I'm hoping someone will read this and help fix this .... just complete mind blow Update : so after a few phone calls to the call center who had no luck getting a hold of the DIP wendy's and finding out I was not the only person having this issue , I called Zomatoe for a refund , the guy i spoke to did not help at all either . By 11:06 the food arrived , semi warm , the only good part to come out of all of this was I got 2 lg frosties , which I did not order . Sorry to whom ever orders these and didn't get them .
