They probably have it here. I love that each dish can be alter if you have allergies or simply don't like a specific ingredient. Just be mindful of the note indications at the bottom part of the menu and you're good to order :) While we visited during a Thursday night when they're having a Fish Market themed night where you can choose from a range of fresh fish to cook according to your liking, we chose to try their signature dishes from the ala carte menu. From the starters and salads, we had the Insalata Di Polpo which contain grilled octopus, roasted cauliflower, baked datterino with a flavorful sauce. Before this dish, a complimentary set of different Italian bread was serves to our table. I find myself enjoying the grilled octopus with the bread :) The husband enjoyed his slightly spicy soup, the Zuppa De Pesce a dish with mussels, clams, octopus and shrimps. As you'd know by now, this man is allergic to seafoods taht aren't fresh. So happy to report that he didn't got allergic after our dinner :) Now with the mains, we ordered the Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a simple dish which we loved the most from our exploration in Tuscany :) It is a homemade pasta made of creamy sauce and mushrooms. Glad that the Nineteen restaurant did not disappoint as the taste was tasty that brings us back to the time we had in the region :) Another mains we had was the Filetto Di Manzo con Foie Gras a US steak with foie gras and asparagus on the side. It was juicy, soft and cooked just the way we like it. Since I don't have a space for dessert, we asked them to bring the Tiramisu (AED 52) in our room. To our surprise, they added some macarons which was really a sweet gesture! After a little rest, I had my tea and dessert in the comfort of our room. The staff at Nineteen or in the whole property live up to its trademark hospitality. They're very attentive, warm and professional in what they do. You can easily tell the good service as soon as you entered this restaurant. From clearing plates, taking orders up to sending the desserts to our room, everyone made the dining experience relax and lovely. Even the Italian Chef Marcello and the Italian restaurant manager Mr. Lorenzo reminds us of the locals in their country as they're very hospitable not only to us but to every guest dining in Nineteen. We even heard the other guests ordered 'same as last time', meaning they are returning diners. Thanks to the wonderful team of Nineteen restaurant! themomentkeepers.com
