Riverland Dubai

Riverland Dubai is the free-to-all gateway to Dubai Parks and Resorts. Consisting of four areas with a distinct historic feel and theme to each.

These four areas are:

  • The French Village
  • Boardwalk
  • India Gate
  • The Peninsula

As you pass through each you’ll get not only a glimpse into the past but you’ll get to truly feel like you’re on an adventure through time. It’s very exciting.

As you wander through The French Village you will be cast back into a European village in the 1600s. French style towers and water wheel combined with excellent street performances will really seal the deal.

Then head over to Boardwalk and experience 1950s urban America. Tall towers, palm trees and neon signs will have you snapping photographs all day long. Boardwalk is known for its live entertainment, keep an eye out for those jugglers, they’re excellent.

India Gate will whisk you off to Asia within Asia, the acrobatic street performances here anf the food on offer are unrivalled. You could not possibly find a better spot for a taste of India.

Finally, the heart of Riverland Dubai, The Peninsula. Concerns, outdoor events, musicians and other live performances are often available at The Peninsula’s large outdoor venue. The 19th Century style architecture creates a strong memorable character to this central location. Access to all of the other areas is possible through The Peninsula.

Also located next to The Riverland is the Lapita Hotel. Dubai Park and Resort’s very own resort. I was wondering where that was going to come in. Lapita Hotel is a Polynesian themed resort with an excellent location to access all of the parks available at Dubai Parks and Resorts, such as Motiongate, Legoland Dubai, Bollywood Parks, Legoland Waterpark and, of course, The Riverland.

Access to Riverland Dubai is free to all.

A 1 night 2 day stay at Lapita Hotel starts from 840 AED (£169) for a Deluxe Room with 2 day Unlimited Access to All Parks and Free Q-Fast (Express) for Motiongate and Bollywood Parks.

An annual pass for two parks within Dubai Parks and Resorts is 430 AED (£87).

An annual pass for every park is 525 AED (£106).
